Recycled water
"There is no such thing as wastewater, only water being wasted" (State of Hawaii Department of Health). Recycled water is the product of secondary and/or tertiary treatment of wastewater. It is a viable resource to conserve potable water be replacing potable water resource use with recycled water for nonpotable water uses such as irrigation, flushing toilets, cooling tower makeup water, fire hydrants, and other uses. Recycled water can have varying water quality parameters depending on the type of reuse.
REDI assists its clients in the planning, design and permitting of recycled water use and can include a cost-benefit analysis to identify potential return on investment opportunities for various end uses.
